Affirmations.

Some days I can just sit in a funk all day and be completely negative towards myself and life! One of the things I have been working on in my self-healing journey is when I get into this funk, I immediately try to change my thoughts. Your thoughts can either make or break you. Sometimes we can sit and dwell on our past, the negatives in our lives, and then forget to focus on the positives. What are some positives in your life now? For me, one of them is God, who allows me to see another day. I am always thankful that I am seeing another day, even when times are bad. Affirmations have helped me get through some of my toughest days.

  Healing Affirmations

  • I am not a victim, but a survivor.

  • My past does not define me.

  • Every day I am healing my deepest wounds and trying to overcome them.

  • My soul is full of pure love.

  • I feel grateful for the life that I have.

  • I am radiant and attract happiness in my life.

  • I have the ability to let go of emotional blockages that prevent me from enjoying my life fully.

  • My soul cries when the healing begins; I am starting to love myself within.

  • I am capable of making healthy choices.

  • My mental health matters.

  • I am mentally well and stable.

  • I am in the process of healing my mental health for good.

  • I am choosing to focus on mental wellness.

  • My metal health will get better.

  • I am stronger than I think.

  • I can survive my tough days.

  • I matter.

  • My feelings matter.

  • Life will get better.

Remember, you are stronger than you think. Better days are ahead.
